Employee Profiles

Jay Mahler

jay@mahler.com

Mr. Mahler has been consulting since 1981. He has helped small, high-tech firms obtain venture capital and make successful initial public offerings. He has installed accounting systems and custom database applications. In recent years his focus has shifted to computer training and documentation — especially for sophisticated computer aided engineering (CAE) applications. He has written manuals that have received excellent reviews for ease of use and understandability. In addition, he works with his staff to produce high-quality marketing and sales tools for technology-based companies.

Betsy Henrichs

Ms. Henrichs has been with Mahler and Associates since 1989. Since starting with the firm, she has grown from the position of Graphic Designer to Art Director, responsible for implementing and supervising all phases of graphic design, production, budgets, and scheduling for technology-based clients. She possesses a unique blend of account management experience coupled with design talent, production experience, and computer skills. She has the ability to pinpoint communications needs, conceptualize appropriate creative alternatives, visualize and execute graphic solutions, and provide detailed and organized follow-through on all phases of design projects.

Andrew Kuster

Dr. Kuster has worked for Mahler and Associates since 1999. He is an accomplished programmer in Perl, ASP, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, XML, TK, and SQL. He has worked extensively with Windows 2000, NT, XP, Linux, and Unix servers,Windows CE and Pocket PC devices, and regularly uses Visual Studio, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Photoshop. He also is a skilled writer and has over twenty published articles in computer magazines. He received his Doctorate in music from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Steve Gotler

Mr. Gotler has been a consultant for Mahler and Associates for several years. His unique background in mechanical engineering, computer science, and law, along with a touch of film and video production, gives him a unique perspective on communication and presentation. He has been a programmer, engineer, technical consultant, and attorney.

Susan Smith

Ms. Smith has worked for Mahler and Associates since 1999. Her duties include editing, technical writing, and print layout.
